Went swimming at the hot springs pool.

Then class'n it up on our own pool.

Sweet ring that I got for my birthday! It says "i'd rather be a hammer than a nail".
 Dog park

Nanook swimming in after her ball.
 Pretty entertaining
It was 94 degrees today, which is pretty hot for here. This would be the reason David saw some neighbor dogs laying in our pool this afternoon.

Summa Time

Every Morning Molly and Nanook spend quality time together, where Molly feeds Nanook her breakfast.
Molly, the dogs, and I have been going on a lot of hikes recently. This is the most recent one we have found.
Timber gets the adventure pack, Nanook gets the bear bell, and I get the bear spray. We are pretty much unstoppable.
Getting both Molly and the view in frame proved to be too difficult for me. So instead the is a small amount of each.

Happy Fathers Day Weekend

Steamboat right now is so awesome. It is warm, sunny, and green. So it made for a great weekend.

This is the Mustang Round-up. I am trying to make a terrible face because of how boring it is. Why would David or I want to look at a bunch of cars? But we went anyways.
Then we went to a family fun festival up at the mountain, which once again was lame. But there was this nice creek  that Molly had fun playing in.

We later had to remove all of her clothing since it was sopping wet.
Then on Fathers Day we went to a bakery and had a yummy croissant breakfast.

Happy Fathers Day to my wonderful husband.
And Happy Fathers Day to our great Dads!

Happy 26th to me

Straws are her favorite toy.

I had my 26th birthday on Wednesday and the only picture I got was of Molly after eating a lime.
She is also a big fan of playing in the dogs water bowl. I caught her here picking up a piece of food at a time and dropping it into the water bowl, when Nanook tried to eat each piece before they got too soggy.

Part 3

This was the tracks that led into the mountain for the miners.

 And then ends here.

After a full day conversation on weather we should go swimming or not, I  finally got Molly and myself ready and walked into the pool where I was told they were closing in 5 minuets. Lame sauce. But doesn't Molly look so cute in her suit she got from her Aunt Amy?
 Last day
I recently acquired some netting that we put in the back to keep the dogs out of the  front of the car. But Nanook can not handle being that far away from David so this is how she sat on the ride home. That is until she chewed a small hole and got stuck in it.

Part two

She was a hot, hot, mess all weekend.
If you go up this mountain it will bring you to Black Bear Pass which connects Telluride and Ouray. It is only passable a couple months out of the year and you have to have a suped-up jeep to make it with all the tight turns, switch backs, streams, and huge rocks. So naturally we drove up as far as we could, which is to the waterfall on the right. I mean isn't that the whole reason that we got a 4runner?

At the top of the waterfall is a house/powerplant thing. We drove up to the house and hiked from there. View from the top.
Notice Molly is wearing a hat.
 Hike through the pass.
Notice at the end of the hike Molly is wearing no hat. Luckily the couple behind us found it.
