The Day for Giving Thanks

Thanksgiving consisted of David, Rachel, Heather, Grayson, Jesse, Jessica, and Molly
We all made a dish and hung out into the night
The next best thing to being with family
The table after dinner we played games and for the majority of the night the boys played video games while the girls crocheted.
David and Grayson have had an ongoing scrabble game for about 4 days
Guitar Hero

Two peas in a pod, and yes she naturally sits like that

The only other person who cuddles with Timber as much as I do

Yessica & I

Classic family photo. David is looking good

Stockings I made. David will get a new one soon

Our awesome Christmas tree

A couple of the scarfs I have made

We couldn't be home for Thanksgiving, so I thought I would bring home to us. I made monkey bread!

Footloose

Today I came across an interesting tidbit. I know Lynden is super conservative and a little odd. But this was just too much. In order to have a dance in Lynden you HAVE to get a permit..... seriously its the town from footloose.

That's it..... WE ARE MOVING!

Today while outside at work, I saw the biggest, scariest, meanist, spider I have ever seen and it was only inches from my face. I about peeed my pants. I am 99 % sure it was a wolf spider. So I am going to start looking for places that do not have spiders, so I can move there

New record

Yesterday I set a new record for myself. I watched Tv/movies for 7+ hours and I was not even sick. Only taking breaks to switch over laundry, eat, and bathroom breaks.
In the morning I went into work for a little while for paperwork and when I came home realized I had nothing to do. Plus it was raining, and David was not home.
I'm not necessarily proud of this achievement, its just weird.
What did I watch?
Dexter, Heroes, and Seinfeld. ( I had to end the night with Seinfeld otherwise I would have dreamed about killing people then trying to save them with my superpowers that I don't have).

It had to be fate

We have decided in the past year that we would like to get another dog. Unfortunately our apartment complex only allows us to have one. None the less I like to keep my eye out for that lucky day when Timber can have a friend/enemy. Lately I have seen a handful of Australian Shepherds and decided this is the dog for me. I must admit I am slightly swayed by the rescue stories I was reading and you never know when you might need to be rescued (and its obvious Timber is not up for that job) and they remind me of my childhood dogs. Any who I think they are so pretty and I have my mind set on them.

It turns out it was fate for me to want this dog,

According to the American Kennel Club (AKC) these dogs originated from the Pyrenees mountains and came over with Basque shepherds! Its in my blood! I can't deny my Basque heritage and my hidden desire to be a shepherd. Now all I need is my new dog... and some sheep.
